HP Tuner Error: 'Tune Restricted from Writing to this Vehicle.'

Trying to load a file and the VCM Editor Software gives the error: 'Tune Restricted from Writing to this Vehicle.'

Ensure you are running the latest BETA VCM Suite from hptuners.com.
If you are on the latest software, send an email to hporders@gdptuning.com with your VCM Info Log (How To Pull VCM Info Log) attached. 
IMPORTANT: Include order/preorder number, VIN, and Error code when emailing in.
