How To Record a Data Log on EFI Live

Programming the Autocal for a Data Log

Step 1

Make sure you have the latest version of EFI Live found HERE

Step 2

Download the BBX file from below that correlates with your vehicle from the list below:

Open the downloaded file and click Program:

Recording the Data Log at the vehicle

Step 1

Plug Device into the vehicle, then turn the vehicle on. Get the vehicle to a location where we can do the log for the truck.

Step 2

On your screen navigate to SCAN TOOL > DATALOGGING > RECORD DATA. A timer should start after that with your parameters displayed on the screen.

Pulling the Log file off the device

Step 1

Plug Device back into your computer, then open up your EFI LIVE V8 EXPLORER.

Step 2

Right click to copy the files and paste them on your desktop. Please attach those files to the email response back to us.

*IMPORTANT NOTE* - Include VIN (TYPED OUT), your concern, and order number if available, so we can be sure to look over everything in the log for you.
